WHY YOU SHOULD PLAN YOUR WEEK OR YOUR LIFE WILL SUCK

WHY YOU NEED TO PLAN YOUR WEEK OR LIFE SUCKS…

Every Sunday I spend 1-2 hours planning my upcoming week..

WHY DO I DO THIS.. Because If I don’t plan my life….LIFE RUNS ME..

I AM IN CHARGE OF MY LIFE.. SO I SCHEDULE WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME..

I have to do these things every week in order for me to be at my best, to be a good Father, Person, Boss and Entrepreneur..

If I don’t take time out.. Then I get stressed and I suck at being a Father, Person, Boss and Entrepreneur and one day a husband.

SO FOR ME THESE ARE A FEW OF MY WEEKLY REGIMENTS….

1. Each week I get a 90 Minute massage it relaxes me.. Give’s me the physical touch that I need and It helps detox and recover my body after 6 day workouts.

2. I buy audible books to listen to in my car and at the gym..

3. I do Krav Maga 3 Times a week, its a killer workout and great skill training…

4.. Have lunch with a friend and connect

5. Family date or one one one dates with my kids.

6. Monday nights I give me a facial and take bath and read Success Magazine and Health & Fitness..

7. I make sure I go to my favorite Thai restaurant every week..

8. I take a daily walk, during the summer I go to the lake.

9. Yoga each week….

10. I try and enjoy a movie or comedy once a week. Tonight its Finding Dory

11. I do Skill Training Throughout the week through online courses or seminar DVDs. Depending on my schedule I try to do every day for 20 minutes to an hour.

12. I take time out to meditate, watch a short conference talk and read the Tao Te Chin and my scriptures.

13. I try and write in my journal every day, but If I happen to miss I catch up on Sundays.. A life not recorded is a life not lived..

ITS EASY TO GIVE ALL YOUR ENERGY TO YOUR KIDS, SPOUSE, CAREER AND YOUR BUSINESS.

BUT IF YOU DONT TAKE TIME OUT FOR YOU..

YOU CAN NEVER ACHIEVE YOUR ULTIMATE PEAK LEVELS OF SUCCESS..

1. SCHEDULE YOUR WEEK EVERY SUNDAY

2. SCHEDULE YOUR OWN TIME FIRST.. THEN SCHEDULE AROUND YOU..

3. ITS EASY TO SAY YOU HAVE NO TIME OR MONEY.. BUT BY DOING SO YOU WILL GET MORE OF BOTH.

4. TELL YOUR FAMILY YOU LOVE THEM AND THAT THIS IS FOR YOU TO BE THE BEST PARENT AND PERSON YOU CAN BE..

5. WHEN YOUR WITH YOUR FAMILY THEN SPEND 100% TIME WITH THEM.. NO PHONES, TEXTING.. MAKE IT ABOUT THEM.
